Return Policy

All products carried and supplied by Custom PRO Audio/Video carry a full manufactures warranty. All product discrepancies will be handled through the reputable manufacture. Products sold individually may be returned only if the box has not been opened. No exceptions. So please make sure you are certain on what you want before you buy. Custom installation products that are found to be the wrong model, wrong size, wrong brand, or simply don't work upon installing them will be handled in the most professionally manner possible.
